As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) at Annex Naturopathic Clinic, I am dedicated to serving as a bridge between conventional medical approaches and the holistic, root-cause philosophy of naturopathic medicine. I am honoured to play an integral role in your circle of care by focusing on the integration of conventional medicine into your naturopathic care plan.
My goal is to help you navigate the full spectrum of healthcare, making informed choices that sustain long-term health. I believe that by integrating the best of both worlds—the acute management and diagnostic rigor of conventional medicine with the individualized, preventative focus of naturopathic care—we can achieve the most profound and lasting health outcomes for you.
My role is designed to ensure you receive truly comprehensive and coordinated care. This includes leveraging my medical expertise to:
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed, ensuring they align seamlessly with your naturopathic treatments.
- Order and interpret diagnostic labs and imaging, using a conventional framework to complement the functional testing already guiding your naturopathic treatment.
- Provide conventional primary care support that works collaboratively with your Naturopathic Doctor’s plan, offering a truly whole-person approach to health and wellness.

Outside the Office
When I’m not focused on integrating conventional and naturopathic care, you’ll find me pursuing a well-balanced life that’s just as active and exploratory as my clinical work. I have a passion for rock climbing and a love for travel, which often takes me to new places to fully immerse myself in the local culture and try out new activities.
My adventures span the seasons—from strapping on my skis and trying winter sports to seeking out warm-weather locations for water activities and hikes. This commitment to exploring new skills and pushing my limits outside the office directly fuels my energy and passion inside the clinic.
Ultimately, I believe that embracing this balance—expanding my knowledge and skill within my career while exploring the depths of life through my family, friends, and personal pursuits—is what allows me to live my fullest self and bring the best version of me to patient care.
Education and Professional Affiliations
My educational foundation includes a Master of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto, following a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science and Psychology from Western University.
As a registered Nurse Practitioner (NP), my professional license allows me to fully integrate conventional medical services into your care plan. This includes the legal authority to:
- Diagnose health conditions.
- Prescribe most medications, including controlled substances.
- Order and interpret a full range of diagnostic tests, such as bloodwork and medical imaging.
